Salary – £17-20 p/h dependant on experience. 10hr days. Full time.

Job Description

TRAC High Level Maintenance are currently recruiting for a Building Maintenance Technician to assist in lighthouse contracts around the coast of Scotland. The position would ideally suit a person living in the Central Belt area to suit transport arrangements to various sites.

The candidates must have several years’ experience in building maintenance or construction which should include experience of several trades particularly painting. Rope Access trained or a willingness to train in Rope Access would be an advantage. Candidates must be comfortable with working away from home and working at height.

Shift patterns may vary for each site and typically amount to 10 days to 3 weeks away from home. Daily shifts are 10 hours. This is a Full Time position on an annualised contract.
